  We have just been to see a small holding which is for sale but at the moment they want to RENT the small i.e. 55m2 1 bedroom house out. there will be 2 Prices for the rental.

1) 265 per month with use of the Large pool.
2) 215 per month without the use of the pool.

You will have to pay for your Electric and water on top which is not very expensive in Uzumlu.
